Take a recreational ride with several of your closest friends with the Sevylor Super Caravelle six-person inflatable boat. The Super Caravelle offers space for up to 6 people. Ideally suited for rivers and lakes, the Super Caravelle is durably constructed of 29-gauge PVC that's guaranteed not to leak. Sevylor also added its patented oval "boat-within-a-boat" DIN and tunnel safety chambers, which inflate inside the main outer chamber to keep you afloat even if the exterior gets punctured. With the DIN and tunnel chambers, you can float down the river secure in the knowledge that you won't sink. To help you get around, the Super Caravelle comes with four patented Delrin swivel oarlocks to help with maneuverability. And when paddling gets old, the Super Caravelle includes fittings for an optional Sevylor SBM 12-volt electric motor (the boat also accepts motor mounts for gasoline motors). Other details include a patented motor support chamber, inflatable seats for comfort, Double Lock valves that keep air from escaping, a carrying handle, and an all-around grab line. Certified by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the six-person Super Caravelle measures 10 feet 10 inches by 5 feet 5 inches, holds up to 1,100 pounds, and carries a 90-day warranty.

Sevylor Super Caravelle PROs

We wanted a boat we could take with us while camping that would support two adults and a child while being sturdy, safe, and have a enough room to be comfortable. This boat is wonderfully made, quick to blow up, and fits us great. We still have plenty of leg room with the 3 of us. Its very comfortable with the included cushions pujtting the boat sides at mid-back height.
Its breaks down to be smaller than an Army duffle and with 7 separate air compartments, you feel very safe from sinking. The material its made from feels very heavy and doesn't discolor or otherwise mar from folding and unfolding of the boat.
This boat is an amazing boat if you want to go for a little stroll through the lake or if you wanna go camping on a nearby island. I easily fit 4 people with plenty of cargo. Great buy and the cheapest one i could find that was this large.
One nice feature of the newer unit is the smaller valves. They utilize a newer system instead of the little flapper inside the valve that you have to move to let air out. The new version lets air in and out when the valve in the outie position (think belly buttons here) and when the valve in the the innie position it doesn't let air in or out.
We use these rafts to float down a river with some mild rapids. There is some contact with rocks and
branches which the older version linked above will handle with minimal damage.
